As a rough guide to the length of a typical article we do, they tend to be around 2000 words, particulary an album review.  However, any piece of work can be any size.  Please discuss all your needs with us before making an order.

As another point to make about the reviews, each track is mentioned, with album reviews.  Every track is discussed and an overview presented at the begining with a conclusion at the end.  Tracks are then listed with credits to the artist, songwriter and musicians. As well as a date, recording label and website link.

Each review features an author's biography of around three sentences, giving credit to the author of the piece at Generationsounds.

The three P's are probably the subject now, at the top of your mind!  Pricing, postage and packing!

Well, juding by the nature of our business, it really can't be any easier. So these are the guidlines we follow...

Pricing..

Pricing, you will find, is always done on an individual basis.  Because all orders are so unique from each other, it is difficult to make a general price so you will find the following a fair guide.  It is one that we stick to;

Prices depend on length of review/article.

1500 to 2000 words will always around £30.  It will also depend on the amount of research that has been needed to complete the order successfully. 

Articles above 2000 to 3000 words will be priced at £45 to £60.  Obviously, these articles have taken longer to produce and may have taken longer to research.

It must be noted, that all orders and their prices will decided before work has taken place.  Thus allowing you, the client and ourselves to be in complete agreement and are happy with the price arranged.

Postage..

Unless otherwise requested, all articles are sent via email attachment.  Delivery by post (U.K only) can be arranged if need be.

Packing..

Our articles are always written using Microsoft Word Processor on A4.  Double spacing and margins on request (by post only) If postal, coloured paper/patterned can always be arranged on initial request of the article.  Otherwise, as stated, articles will be sent by email...
